Patient Billing

Thank you for choosing our office. Our primary mission is to provide the patient with the highest quality of dental care in a warm, caring, anxiety-free and professional environment. We acknowledge that a lot of anxiety associated with dentistry is associated with cost. An important part of our mission is to make the cost of optimal care as reasonable and manageable as possible. 

Payment Options

You may choose from the following:

  • Cash, Check, Visa or MasterCard
  • NO INTEREST 90 day Payment Plan through our office (for those who qualify)
  • NO INTEREST Payment Plans for 4-12 months through City Health Card (for those who qualify)
  • Low monthly payment plans through City Health Card (for those who qualify)
    Note: these are interest bearing accounts.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (817) 656-9366. Many times, a simple telephone call will resolve any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. It is possible to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done before your appointment.
